Chuck E. Cheese - Albany

The staff who hosted my grandson's birthday party on Sunday were incredible. They ensured he had a memorable celebration. Thank you for making him and his friend so happy. He and Brody celebrated their birthdays together and it was fantastic!

This is an amazing place for kids! I took my son there for his birthday, and we had a fantastic time. He loves pizza, which is definitely a bonus. The host was incredibly sweet and helpful! There are plenty of games for the kids, and they even had a one-on-one experience with Chuckie. Overall, it's a wonderful venue, and I would absolutely give it five stars!

The establishment is impeccably clean, including the bathrooms. The manager was incredibly helpful. They also verify wristbands to make sure that no child leaves with someone inappropriate. I also appreciate the new timed card system.

The play area was delightful and entertaining. The kids really enjoyed themselves, and we even bumped into a few people from our hometown. The restrooms were clean and well-kept, with tissues provided in every stall. On the downside, the cashier wasn't very welcoming; he didn't greet us or ask about our experience.

This is the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to! We recently moved to the neighborhood, and we will certainly be returning!
