Wendy's - Albany

I recently enjoyed a quick and delicious meal at this restaurant. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and, as usual, it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. The chicken was not overly seasoned and not drowning in mayo, making it the perfect choice.

The customer service has improved, but my order came with salted fries even though I did not ask for salt on them.

The positive aspect of this restaurant is the short waiting time at the drive-thru. However, the negative aspect is that we have visited three times at different times of the day and the new burger is never available. Additionally, there seems to be a communication issue as they gave us what they wanted us to have, rather than what we actually ordered.

I was here a few days ago when I was out of town, and the people were nice. I have given a big order with 10 burgers, 8 frosty’s and much more and they have my whole order without problems. I haven't waited long!

The food was fresh and hot upon my request. I love the service they are very pleasant and professional Whenever there was a problem with my food the issue was handled and corrected quickly
