I appreciate carter because she was able to help me feed my kids and hungry husband thank you carter
Came to pick up my wife from a friends sons birthday party. Was hanging out at the front parking lot waiting for the ladies to finish talking. It was 9:30 so it was pretty much a ghost town other than the delivery drivers buzzing in and out. Had a delivery guy tell me that we were blocking the parking lot and upsetting other customers and asked me to move. First it was 9:30 there might have been 1 other customer car in the lot and the one car that went past us plenty of room to drive around us by the way) was a delivery guy. This guy and I'm refusing to use descriptions of his physical appearance) was a total hack. I've worked in food service for years, have taken restaurant management courses, have 2 ACF culinary degrees. Not to mention my first jobs out of high school were in pizza places. I would have written him up and ran him threw the customer service training again. Totally shocked. I know workers are in short supply but this was just stupid.
We just ordered tonight and it took over an hour and a half to get to us. I could understand if the pizza was hot in the bag but it delivered Luke warm and was very disappointing.
The manager of this Pizza Hut does not believe in COVID19 mask wearing. Use this business at your peril.
So I've ordered online for delivery from this pizza hut twice now. I'm hard to please and I have been satisfied both times. From confirmation of order to pizza at my door in less than 30 minutes. I'm impressed. Even with today's order being placed right at the start of the super bowl game it was still timely. Thank you pizza hut of Albany! I'll definitely order again
