Ramos - Albufeira

Péssimo atendimento. 2horas à espera da comida. Os empregados eram super mal educados, sempre a correr. Fiz a reserva e quando lá cheguei não havia mesas disponíveis. Tive que estar a espera tanto para entrar, como para ter uma mesa. Pedía algo ao staff e demorava imenso tempo a trazer, isto quando não se esquecia. Nao gostei. Experiencia a nao repetir.

Good for drinks and enjoy the view of the strip. Good service and nice welcome! The main problem was the food. I know it’s a tourist place and food is more or less cheap. Either the chefs do not know how to cook or they just don’t care. Portuguese steak was like rubber, Pizza Kebab was not finished in the oven the dough, some of the kebab had rubbery pieces it was unpleasant meat. Presentation of the pizza was not good. The one writing this is not the one with the account. It’s the other person who was there, and both my parents are chefs and I don’t really have so high demands but when I can make better food myself and even my gf it’s a signal that something has to be done. I just hope the other food taste great. I do not know why they put themself on fork. It’s to risky if they can put food like that.

We decided as a family to stop here for dinner anticipating a decent meal due to its busyness. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far from even remotely tolerable. Staff service was unfriendly and not very helpful. After receiving our drinks, a simple small glass of beer arrived at the table and was, what Can only be described as dumping a bag of sugar onto your palate. Un-drinkable. The table ordered a pizza, a steak, a risotto and some small starters. Overall, the food was well below par of what you’d expect at any decent standard of restaurant. The steak seemed a very cheap cut of meat, the pizza shop bought and the rest of the food was shockingly mediocre. For the price we paid, there are far better quality restaurants with better ambience and service. A must avoid.

Het is een goed restaurant op de uitgaansstrip. Hierdoor kan het druk aanvoelen. Het eten smaakte goed, maar ik vond de porties aan de kleine kant. Het personeel had het druk waardoor je iets langer moet wachten. Al me al een prima avond voor deze prijs.
