Duran Central Pharmacy - Albuquerque

I recently enjoyed the best sopaipilla I've had in years! This delightful retro diner serves excellent traditional New Mexican cuisine, and they make their own tortillas as well! The breakfast burrito was massive, and the tamales were absolutely delicious. There's also an attached pharmacy and gift shop that’s a great way to pass the time while waiting for a table, because you will definitely have to wait!

Really REALLY great vibes, awesome chunky green chili with the spicy kick one would expect from New Mexico. The flour tortilla is bigger than the whole city haha. Highly recommend getting food here outside of the meal time rush because the long waits are indicative to how good this place is.

This restaurant will always be my favorite breakfast spot in Albuquerque. Admittedly, there's often a long wait for a table, but the food comes out quickly and the service is outstanding. It's definitely better than Duran's Station on Menaul. The tortillas here are the best, and the coffee is fantastic. Plus, the mimosas can't be surpassed!

Incredible! A long-time local recommended this spot, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Although there was a wait, we're so glad we decided to stick around. We explored the nearby pharmacy while waiting, which was a delightful experience. We ordered the flat enchilada and an apple empanada for dessert, and wow—some of the best Mexican food we've ever had! The ingredients were fresh and everything was made to order. Make sure to get the tortillas with butter too. Our server was fantastic—friendly and provided great recommendations from the menu. This place is not to be missed!
