The Breakfast Chalupas, featuring poached eggs, spinach, chorizo, green chili hollandaise, hash browns, and pico de gallo, are absolutely delicious. The lead cooks, Virginia and Terrence, truly excel in their craft, cooking with incredible passion. My server, Natalie, was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was enjoyable, though somewhat lacking in flavor. The hostess and servers were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions about the menu and were accommodating with special requests. The prices felt a bit steep for what I received, but they were in line with what I anticipated from a restaurant located within a hotel.

Ok, I don't know what all those other people ate but let me tell you something... Go here for breakfast, resist the temptation of the buffet, and order the Chile relleno omelette. It was fantastic!! Also our service was very good.

I had a pleasant experience here at Forque. My chalupa was delicious. Service was good. No complaints.

We stopped here at 10:30pm last night for a drink and a late night snack and were gladly surprised to find a very good food menu this late at night. The bartender was friendly and attentive and the food came promptly. I had the pork stew and my wife had the southwestern egg rolls. Both were tasty and filling. Definitely recommend it for a late night snack.
