Yuki In The Hills - Aldgate

I can't recommend Yuki in the Hills highly enough. The service was exceptional, especially from the waitstaff, who were attentive and genuinely interested in how we were enjoying our meals (which were exceptional, by the way). They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our food arrived quickly, and it was absolutely delicious—our group ordered a variety of dishes, and everyone was satisfied! I was also thrilled to see a wide selection of vegan options on the menu. The atmosphere was lovely as well—cheerful and cozy!

It’s fantastic to have such authentic Japanese cuisine in our hills, rather than just typical pub fare! The sashimi was among the freshest we’ve ever tasted—so tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Everything we ordered was perfect, including the rolls, karaage, salad, and pork, complemented by a lovely rosé from the Adelaide Hills. Congratulations on creating such a wonderful establishment in the hills! We’ll definitely be back weekly. There’s still so much of the menu to explore, and I can’t wait to try a bowl of udon!

The food is amazing, especially the melt-in-your-mouth chicken volcano dish – it's a must-try! The flamed sushi was outstanding and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Jackson, was very attentive and did a great job with both the food and wine recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful decor, friendly staff Sashimi to die for! So fresh and melts in the mouth. Garlic edamame... yum! Will definitely be back to work my way through the entire menu! Well done team Yuki! Thoroughly enjoyed the preview night and tasting some of the delicious dishes. The seafood was so fresh and the flavours were sensational. It's a beautifully laid out restaurant and the staff were delightful. Well with the wait! Now I'm looking forward to working my way through the menu!!
