I placed an order on line at the Subway in Alexandria AL. When I got home my order was wrong. I called and the employee told me she apologized and to come back anytime and my order would be replaced. I went back within a few days to get my order replaced. I told the employee (female, shaved head and tattoo 's on both arms what had happened and gave her my receipt. She began to make my corrected subs but very rude stated that I was suppose to bring the product back! I told her the night I called the employee did not tell me this. She spoke very hateful and I replied, It seems you are blaming me when its not my fault. Another female employee with (short dirty hair very loudly said, Ma 'am shes telling you what the employee should have told you! She was very loud unprofessional speaking out when the conversation was with me (the customer and the female employee (that was remaking my order. I was shocked how hateful and very unprofessional both employees reacted to a customer that was there to have an order replaced because of their employee 's fault.

Tried the buffalo chicken sub for the first time. Definitely not my favorite, but it was very tasty.
