Wow! So glad we finally found our way into Chef T's! What a hidden gem! The service was outstanding and the food was even better! Had the beef liver and onions with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw! Liver was tender and gravy was hot and tasty! Mashed taters wer good and the slaw was outstanding! Easy to tell that Chef made his own slaw dressing. It was just sweet enough! Wife had chopped pork BBQ with fries and baked beans. Gotta say, she ate it all but some fries. And I tried the baked beans and man, they were perfect. A few onions and a spices sweet taste that I could not figure out. Really good! Got a piece of homemade Pecan pie to take with me for later. Looks amazing also! Y'all really need to try Chef T's in Alexandria Alabama! It is the best!

The food here was good. As a group, we had the Rib dinner with fried okra and a side of brocolli cheese rice casserole. A cheeseburger and a BBQ plate (HUGE sandwich) and fries. We had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly. Our server was very attentive. I've never met her before but she treated us like she knew us. She even gave me a hug before I left. The food was delicious. I got the Denver Omelet. I expected it to have ham, cheese, onions, and peppers but I think it had sausage as well. It was very good and the egg was nice and thin just like an omelet should be. I got it with the home fries. It did have a few very firm potatoes but it was crispy and tasted good so I didn't mind. My husband opted for the Ash &Trash. I had to steal a bite and that was very good too. The hash browns were very crispy and with all those toppings.....wow. He also got the 2 eggs with bacon and home fries. His eggs were cooked correctly and the bacon was crispy with good flavor. I think we have found our new breakfast spot. We really enjoyed our time at Chef T's
