The restaurant is housed in a converted gas station, but they have done a great job creating a comfortable atmosphere. While the atmosphere isn't the main attraction, the food certainly is. We tried the Three Little Pigs (Pork loin, ham, salami, Provolone with Dijon) and the Three Musketeers (3 grilled cheeses, tomato, and pesto) sandwiches, both of which were fantastic. We would definitely go back for either of them, but there are so many intriguing options on the menu that we want to try, like the pizza with pears, caramelized onions, walnuts, blue cheese, and white sauce. The people next to us ordered a sandwich with roast beef, horseradish, caramelized onions, and cheese, as well as a salad with field greens, baby spinach, caramelized peaches, candied pecans, feta cheese, cranberries, and balsamic vinaigrette. We haven't tried their breakfast menu yet, but it seems pretty average. Wild Thyme is open for breakfast and lunch, except on Friday nights when they only serve pizza.
