Epilogue Lounge - Alice Springs

We had a lively meal and some wine! The seared barra on special was amazing! 5 for $59 Tapas dishes were not amazing but good value.

This is really a great place to eat, especially for vegans visiting Alice Springs. The lunch menu is extra good, with vegan options for several dishes, such as baked sweet potato with bean chilli filling. I also enjoyed breakfast, and twice had their vegan eggplant curry and rice for dinner, which was super delicious. The vibe is relaxed and inviting, staff are friendly and helpful, food satisfying and tasty, could not have asked for more!

In the past I've avoided this place because I had a few bad vegan alteration dishes that sucked and were expensive. This has changed! They have specifically added vegan cheese onto their pizza menu, they sometimes have vegan specials (a paella recently) they had a couple other options l think quesadillas and a burger too. The breakfast options are much more friendly and I had the mushroom bruschetta today which was super tasty. The coffee was really good and they had a bunch of fresh juice and smoothie options. They also have a vegan wrap available as a pre-made in the cabinet and some sweet cakes etc all labelled as vegan. I'm so impressed that they've made themselves more accessible for people with dietary requirements and it seems they are truly trying to give solid options. If you've tried before and been disappointed definitely give them another shot, they've changed their tune.
