Mcdonalds Family Restaurant

It was open on Good Friday which was great. The Maccas itself is a bit average, but the staff are great.

McDonalds everywhere is busy. However tables were not clean. Our order just disappeared. Staff were friendly helpful.

All are good except for a very disappointing coffee. Refer to pics of how our coffee arrived. Shows no care and big turn off and it’s not even busy! I returned it and staff didn’t even bother saying sorry!!! They replaced it and the mug...was still dirty last pic) : Im here whenever I visit Alice Springs And today isn’t a good day and hope it would be better and they show care of the coffee they serve and any food for that matter. Thanks.

This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. They claim to offer delivery service, but the food was cold and tasted stale. The customer service was unapologetic and unacceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves.

All we bought here was bad except the drinks. Both sandwiches were apparently cooked hours before serving. The frits were cold, limp and stale. The atmosphere was not welcome.
