Foo Joy Chinese - Allentown

I'm really sorry to see that this place has closed down. It was super convenient for me at work, and it was the only Chinese restaurant I found that served Hunan chicken with a good level of spice.

Due to the pandemic, the restaurant is currently offering takeout only. However, the service is quick, and the food is excellent. While a few dishes could use some improvement, with the variety available, it's easy to find options that are satisfying (some standard dishes tend to be too doughy). The main courses are generous, featuring plenty of primary ingredients (like pork in pork dishes and chicken in chicken dishes), rather than the common issue of tiny pieces of chicken mixed with a lot of filler.

This large, affordable Asian restaurant offers a variety of dishes. They usually provide prompt delivery, and when the food is fresh, it tastes fantastic. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that my partner hasn’t found anything he enjoys from the menu. However, I have to say they serve the best egg foo young I've ever tried, and I absolutely love their fried pineapple!

Eating was good and cheap. space is not very elegant. we ate in the restaurant. they have three tables, they have a hot tee. the general tso tofu was good. the chick noodles are some of the better I had. I'm going back.

I ordered boneless ribs and the pork fried rice. The rice had a lot of vegetables but hardly no pork. The egg roll had a funny taste. I ordered 3 order for me and my son and my boyfriend and nobody liked the egg roll so we threw it out
