Movie Tavern Trexlertown - Allentown

Very relaxing, plenty of room, no waiting lines, enjoyed going to see Beetlejuice for my husbands birthday. He enjoyed the night out and the service given.

I absolutely love this theater. It's the only one in the area that we go to. Everyone is always so friendly, and the seats are comfy. Not to mention that the food is actually pretty good. The garlic parm wings are amazing!!! . We love it so much that my son got a job there.lol

Rough start due to staff not posted for directing traffic ticket-taking (also trying to grab our event goods had to be done through one staff member) however was cleaned up with the speedy food service and delivery and the chicken fingers with seasoned fries was *chef's kiss* Highly Recommended for a great overall theatre experience!!!

First of all, my daughter and I purchased tickets online. We get to the theater, walk right in, the man and the front door greeted us so nicely with hello friends, after that nothing! We walked into the movie hallway and no one else even stopped us or acknowledged us. We could have just seen a movie of I didn't pay online. Our movie was seating yet so we grabbed two menus from the desk where they should check tickets, and no one came. It took the ma. Who greeted us to come over to get a manager, some guy who was too busy to awnser him with glasses, and the manager still didnt come some other employee was annoyed to stop her conversation with the manager, and then smiled and helped the lady. Meanwhile, other guests are coming in and no one is checking their tickets until another customer asked if someone wanted them. Then we sit in the theater meet our loud waitress who was training. Every guest that walked in had to find their own menu because NO ONE GAVE THEM TO ANYONE, we order food, along with the re st of theater, I ordered second and received my food timely but everyone else in the theater received their food and beverages before I got my One beer! Ridiculous, the waitress never comes back we only ever see the guy sweeping, who's super friendly and always working, and the people dropping the food randomly. The food was ice cold. I've never had colder fries! My daughter's burger was like warm and cold fries. My turkey sandwich had raw bacon, raw. Then literally the last 5 minutes the training server shows up with everyone's books and sta is in front of me and my daughter until I signed. I asked her to wait because I was missing the climax!!! She said her trainer said she cant leave until we sign, I missed the damn ending. My experience was horrible, only good thing is I felt like it was in my house because not one employee was being managed, it was a mess. I'm not writing to tell people they can get in free, I'm reaching out to a manager if they read this to see if they have any idea how their establishment is not being ran. Thursday at 630 PM or friday at 7pm. Money is money, several opportunities for money were missed, so sad to see.

Great experience for a visitor. Watching a movie with reclining seats, your food is brought to you while you watch the movie. Very friendly staff as well.
