Lunch was excellent! I'm also pretty sure they stayed open a little later so I can pick up my order, which was very appreciated, but completely unnecessary. Thank you. So glad we tried, we will come back!
The first three times I ordered from this place have made my order wrong every time. This was 3 different occasions over a whole month. Many of my employees ordered from there regularly, but the deliveries were always very late. The food I always had good on her credit, but it was never the article I had ordered. It is quite disappointing if you taste its food quite well, but the service leaves something to be desired.
I see a lot of bad reviews when it comes to deliveries and I now truly understand why. We ordered food for a handful of our coworkers the other day, at a set time mind you as we are a business afterall, and of course they were late. We figured we'd just order extra early this time to give them more time. It took them 2 HOURS to deliver our food(which consisted of bagels and hash browns, nothing complex) and they were STILL LATE. We let the driver know this is unacceptable because it's a regular occurrence. He then tells us to never order from them again and leaves. After calling, the manager defended their poor actions and didn't apologize. Extremely poor customer service. It's a shame considering our company purchased from them quite often and at one point in time their food was pretty decent.
