Smashburger - Allentown

This is a lovely burger restaurant with delicious burgers and generous milkshakes. Their Eclipse Dairy Free Milkshakes are fantastic as well. Ordering online was easy; however, picking up the order was a bit chaotic since it seemed like many customers had placed orders in the same way.

We had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to the amazing food and wonderful staff. Hailey took our order, and she couldn't have been more patient and kind. Since we don't visit often, we were unsure about what to choose, but she provided excellent suggestions that were very helpful. I've rarely encountered someone as nice as her. Hailey was highly professional and truly a great representative for the restaurant. Our meals arrived exactly as we ordered and were timely. The staff seemed abundant, which was great. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We will definitely return!

Every burger is made fresh to order, and you can really taste the quality. The shakes are absolutely fantastic! The fries are perfectly seasoned, and the ambiance is welcoming. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

The first time, personally, with smash Burger and I am a little disappointed... the black bean burger would have been amazed if it had not been so exaggerated. It was actually salty. The order of scorching hot chicken was only tender, no spices or scorch. I will definitely order again, try different items next time. Love the grub hub delivery since everything was still hot on arrival.

Someone in our group forgot to ask about an allergen in the food ?it was me) and when they came to check on the burgers the staff member rose above and beyond to get us a remake of the burger! Amazing customer service and super nice staff. Get the smash fries or tots- they?re delicious!
