Ye Olde Muhlenberg Tavern - Allentown

Food soo good . Bar with gastro twist. Simple plates done right . Great beer selection. Service was great everyone works so well together.

This place lost my support a long time ago. I live in far away place down south where it's warm and sunny all the way through. I used to come back home and come to this place and it was kind of a nice reminder of what was once a place that I enjoyed going to. I would play pool there with my friends. I tried nice exciting new beers. Their pizza was good. Their pierogies were good. But the biggest problem with this place is the disrespectful staff. They're pretentious and long-standing employees of the company. They give you dirty looks when you say something about a beer or the food or anything. I had a cup here. In order to get that cup you had to try all the beers on the menu. It took me about five years and maybe $3000. Returning one holiday season I asked for my cup, and they said they don't have it. They said I never had one. And tough luck. I was really disappointed. And then the pierogies weren't so good. I expressed my opinion, and was given a despondent response. I wouldn't go here ever again. They make all their money off the college kids, which are their neighbors. And they have a lot of weird regulars. None of my local friends will go here anymore. And I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Customer service was excellent, wings were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend the Weekender IPA it was delicious!!!!

Ambiance Very driven to get next order. Not patron specific. Kind of o weird vibe. Not sure if staff is about patrons or what

The server was so rude it was actually insane. The food is decent but not worth the awful attitude we endured. Don't order multiple drinks or they will have an attitude towards you. Good luck.
