Del Papa - Almaty

I tried del papa for the first time after passing by a few different outlets! So I chose the one with the nicest outdoor seating area, that was by far the best part of the experience! I got the pepperoni pizza and bruchetta. The pizza was not great to be honest. However the bruchetta was very good and worth trying. Service was extremely good.

I love the ABR group but Del Papa is eh. I heard from several people that the pasta was not so good so I avoided that and stuck with soup, salad, and pizza….the pizza was ok, but my standards for Napoletana pizza quite high….salad was good and as expected, but the minestrone soup was 0 flavor and tasted like boiled water with vegetables and rice added. Service was great. Not sure I would consider going back in any situation…..quick addition, just got our dessert and the semifreddo was basically already melted when we received it. This is a frozen dessert, not a melted dessert. Pizza- 3/5 Caesar salad- 3/5 Minestrone soul- 1/5 semifreddo- 1/5

Been coming here for years. Great place and ambience. New items in the menu all the time. Brownine with truffle sauce and peanuts are delicious

There are so many wonderful places to eat in Almaty, don't waste your time with this restaurant. The service was unfriendly and the food was mediocre.

Nice outdoor seating area and good atmosphere. Food was tasty, but portions were quite small especially for the pasta, and service was a little muddled but they were trying.
