Absolutely no surprise to see other reviews about rudeness! I wish I had have seen them before going in. Two disgracefully rude women that were rude from the moment we walked through the door. After realising we were charged $28 for 3 hot drinks and a jelly slice, I went back in to query prices. Not only did I establish it was supposed to be $17, I was w blasted and called rude for their mistake??? Ohhhhhk... no wonder they’re going broke and have to sell. Customer service is not their game.

Was greeted by the rudest lady I’ve come across went into this shop on Friday to purchase something and the lady behind the counter didn’t want to have a bar of it. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last on the island! Thank god it’s for sale

So we went cursing around bruny today just sightseeing thought we would get some hot food from the alonnah shop. Well was greeted by one very rude lady all because we wanted hot chips fair enough 5 bags is a large order but still no need for her outburst of can't do that many will be here for ever .We have met many lovely friendly bruny island esidents but she takes the cake .will never go back there again and if any one asks about the shop I will soon tell them .**** disgusting customer service .and also she sells Coles products and overpriced ie sugar flour milk all Coles brands how does she get away with selling this

Best local this side of the Black Stump. Friendly girls always up for a chat..Great range of fresh produce, great coffee and takeaways..In fact pretty much anything your little heart desires.

I selected the 'big breakfast, and it was big! I managed to plough through it, and as it was turned about to be a good brunch. The others in my group also had breakfasts that met their expectations. Coffee was just as I had hoped for. we sat in the outside area, and although it was a bit fresh, it was extremely pleaseant with direct views over the channel.
