Woo Foo Lou - Alor Setar

Before we started our trip to penang, we breakfast in this dim sum restaurant. the variety of dim sum dishes is great, but the quality was not at the same level as 2 years ago. a withdrawal was the ice-cream, which was very. chic, fresh, crispy, tasty. probably one of these days, because earlier visits we enjoyed the dishes very well. another day we will give him another process.

Spacious and air-conditioned. the service was ok. the great pau was very good. other dimsum was usually ok/ some were good/ above average. I have no complaints. I don't know, I can't comment because I didn't pay. was a guest of my alor setar local friends.

In alor setar there are many of these dim-sum or Chinese group lunch sites and most of them can be quite competitive due to their long history. wfl is not one of them and it is of bad customer service. it happens so that the...hospital decided to select this place for the annual CNY collection, just because there are the cheapest ones. If we could afford more, we would have gone to a better place. not sure about wedding banquets as well as the dim-sum, but I doubt that I have the route to it a shot after the bad show during our CNY lunch. eating is average. customer service was the epitome of dissatisfaction and they could extrapolate by mentioning that it kind of takes its appetit.

This restaurant is always busy, especially on weekends. As others have mentioned, there is definitely room for improvement. Many people have to wait a long time to be seated. We ended up having to get our own plates and chopsticks, refill the teapot, and even place our own orders for dim sum.

The food, service, and prices were all disappointing. I have never experienced such poor quality before. The service was extremely slow, the Dimsum lacked flavor, and the prices were expensive. Overall, the service was very poor.
