A couple of people told us to order at the counter and they would bring us our food wherever we sat. Signage might help. That being said, we'll go back and know the system. My better half hadn't had fried chicken since she was diagnosed as being GF and was surprised they had it on the menu. She loved her GF chicken tenders and the fries. The honey mustard sauce was unique, but good. I had the fish and chips and the cod was battered beautifully and the remoulade sauce was some of the best I've had. Reminded me of the tartar sauce at Rheinhart's in Augusta, GA, if anyone has been there. Fries were nicely seasoned .Overall it was a good experience. Lots of choices, including GF options, and beverages. Look forward to going back, soon. Renee and her staff were terrific.
Great food and area! Only complaint is I asked a few times for them to refill the coffee and they didn't refill it. To be fair the two people I asked seemed busy and maybe forgot. We just left and got some elsewhere.
People were fine. Atmosphere was sort of like a lunchroom but alright. However, the food was terrible. We ordered chicken tenders, chicken piccata, fried pickles, pimento cheese, fried shrimp. Only thing edible was the shrimp. The chicken piccata was the worst. Felt nasty afterwards. Fried pickles are not sliced pickles, they are wedges deep fried.
Overpriced for the products delivered. Zero service counter ordering and expecting a tip .
I thought it would be better than it was. Not bad, just wasn't what I expected. Close to Hilton Garden Inn.
