Contribuisci feedbackI usually feel down after work when I go to grab a bite to eat, but today was a completely amazing experience thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by a young lady named Tanya. She was informative, kind, and patient—truly a delight in every way.
I used to visit this location frequently many years ago when my company had an office on Mansell. I didn't think highly of the service back then, so I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to find the staff to be very considerate, friendly, and exceptionally pleasant. Thank you, Burger King, and your employees, for your positive attitude. I will definitely return!
Unlike other fast-food restaurants, I was unexpectedly informed that they don't offer refills on sodas. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere to competitors that do provide this service, as well as to other Burger King locations that offer refills.
Ordered through drive thru for family. Horrible communication at drive thru. Had to repeat self several times. Got meal and drinks were tiny compared to every time we come. Worker had no answer and could really care less. Got home and chicken fries were all burnt so had to throw out and find other food for kids to eat . Fries had no salt on them. Just overall was not a good customer experience. Really wish burger king would take more pride in their service. It's sad since I've been going there for decades since being a kid.
I got my order in a timely manner and his was friendly. The place was safe. One door in one door out. Some people didn't pay attention to the in and out signs.
