Cru Food Wine - Alpharetta

We had a fantastic experience at CRU. The waitress was well-versed in both wine and food selections, which was highly appreciated as a wine enthusiast. The weather was pleasant, and the service was efficient. It was overall a great experience. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices were a bit high for the portion sizes. However, I don't have any major complaints.

This charming wine bar is a hidden gem in the center of Avalon in Alpharetta. The bartender was delightful and entertaining (my apologies for forgetting your name!). The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, so don't just visit for the wine.

My boyfriend and I were in search of a place to enjoy some wine and appetizers while shopping at the Avalon shops. CRU ended up being the perfect choice! We walked in and easily found seats at the bar without any wait. The bartender was fantastic, recommending a delicious wine for us to try. We decided to also order their charcuterie board, which was absolutely perfect and tasty. We will definitely be returning to CRU in the future!

Had the Margherita Pizza and a glass of Moscato, they were amazing!! our server was also great. Definitely will come back!

Cru is a popular spot in Avalon that offers a fun dining and drinking experience. It's especially enjoyable to sample small appetizers while sipping on a flight of wine. Be sure to try the goat cheese beignets if you visit – they are absolutely amazing. I can't stop thinking about them! I always bring my out-of-town guests to Cru when they visit Alpharetta, and they never regret it. The outdoor area is lovely, with a friendly dog to keep you company, and heaters available for colder days. Don't miss out on this fantastic spot!
