Contribuisci feedbackI've visited this Dunkin' several times and have always had a great experience. I've used the mobile ordering feature regularly, and I've never had any issues receiving my items! The staff is friendly every time I go. Today, I ordered a large cold brew. I placed the order before leaving my house, and they had it ready just a few minutes after I was on my way. Yay, I'm happy to be back!
I visited on Donut Day and, despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, the service was excellent and very friendly. There were additional racks of donuts available, which were of great quality.
Bad customer service, and if they order hot coffee with sugar and saw, they don't touch it, so everything is down!
The call was then passed to another staff member, who instructed me to call back later when a manager was available. I found that frustrating since I had no way of knowing when that would be. Luckily, I managed to cancel my order and get a refund, as I didn’t keep the incorrect items that were delivered. I assumed that the customer's name would be associated with the order to prevent mix-ups like this, but it seems that with employees like this, mistakes are likely to happen. I'm really disappointed with this location, especially since I’ve never had issues like this at other restaurants in the area.
We only stop in Alpharetta once or twice a year to visit friends who don't drink coffee! They recommended this location, and we've been coming here since it opened. Great service, friendly staff, awesome coffee, and such a cozy feel in the sitting area. We will stop here every morning of our visits to Alpharetta, now and in the future.
