Mellow Mushroom John's Creek

Emily should be awarded Employee of the Decade. I’ve never met a server more attentive and caring than she. We had a party of 20 basketball girls and everything she did and said was perfect. I called ahead and dealt with her on the phone, and our girls were able to get in, eat, drink immediately. We had just tubed down the hooch and they were hungry. She was so nice to the kids and to us. Top notch work ethic. Someone that cares. She is a wow. I’ve been a server and worked behind the scenes. That girl needs a raise.

Always EXCELLENT CONSISTENT PERFECTION SPECIAL PUZZA LOADED

We like to visit different Mellow Mushroom locations in our travels, and this was quickly one of our favorites. When we tell staffers that we have a list of Mellows which we've seen (Johns Creek was #38 for us), servers at most locations seem interested and like to talk with us about that ... but the employees at this location were fascinated. The manager David came out and met us and explained some history of this and a few other MM locations, and our server Taylor was also fabulous (and said she had worked there for a number of years so she certainly knew her stuff). And of course the food was excellent (a small Maui Wowie pizza and small enlightened spinach salad feeds our party of two perfectly and they put extra feta, apples and pecans on our salad). It's a quaint and personal feeling spot, smaller than some other MM locations (but with a cool bench out front). We'll definitely be back when we're nearby.

Solid all the way around, Mellow is a good choice in the ever-rarifying sector of dine-in pizza restaurants.

Had a great time today. They treated us so kindly. The service from Taylor was awesome ! My son was asked where he wanted to go after his Kindergarten graduation and he said Mellow Mushroom. They celebrated him with us.
