Ok Georgia there are so many food gems and not enough time on a short visit to try them all, but this has my list of have to go back when I visit. Milton is a farm to table type of restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is made beautiful. I'm not a fan of shrimps and grits, and they made me one. The bartender makes these wonderful cocktails I had the Northern Alpharetta Lights so good. The staff was super friendly and friendly. I'm back at my next visit.
Milton was excellent! We sat at the bar and had some cocktails to start. The bartender was great. I got the green Thumb and my BF got an old fashion, both super. The server at our table was knowledgeable and attentive. I don't usually rave over salads, but both were phenomenal! We split a 16 oz NY stripe steak and chose the creamy spinach (the photo of the over simple egg) and the roasted cauliflower. Here too everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, we enjoyed every minute!
I was often in Milton's Cuisine. The food is always good and there are always some new options to try together with one of the standard suppliers. This time I had the Milton's signature Steak, which is Wagyu Flank Steak with Brussels sprouts and cream maize. My wife had the angry salmon on a bed of corngriten with Brussels sprouts. As you can say, it's good ole Southern food. Everything was amazing and tasteful. Our server Cici was also great. If you have space in the end, the carrot cake is my favorite dessert by far. Make sure to make a reservation as this place can be occupied. PS: Make sure to go back and check the garden, as yes this is a farm to table restaurant and they grow a lot of their own things.
