The posted health and cleanliness score was 100% as of October 20, 2019. The restaurant is well-lit and spotless. The staff is very attentive without being intrusive. In terms of service, it's likely the best I've experienced at an Indian restaurant. The wait times for food were around average, but the food itself was excellent.

When I first walked in, the person at the counter reassured me that, despite some items looking unavailable, he would make sure I received Goat Curry at my table. Fifteen minutes into my buffet meal, that same person approached me to ask if the Goat Curry had been served. I replied, "No," and he promised to bring it right away. However, neither the curry nor the person ever returned to my table. Additionally, the Biryani, tea, and other dishes were also out of stock. The only things I could eat were Naan and Chicken Curry, which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars—because the Naan was good. When I went to the counter to pay for my meal, the same person repeatedly asked if I had received the Goat Curry. I told him no, it never arrived, but he didn’t seem particularly apologetic about the situation. I work just across the street, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my team.

I had an outstanding dining experience at this restaurant. I sampled various non-vegetarian dishes, and they were all amazing. The Chicken 65, fish curry, and mutton curry were particularly delicious. I also tried a vegetarian dish, which was impressive as well. The food was very traditional Indian cuisine. The restaurant was clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. The servers were friendly and eager to explain the menu and recommend dishes for those unfamiliar with Indian cuisine. On Diwali day, we even received complimentary Indian sweets for everyone at our table. I left feeling very satisfied and would highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Nalan Indian Cuisine. The Thalapakati chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and their weekend specials were incredibly tasty, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant's atmosphere enhanced the overall enjoyment of my meal, and I felt that the prices were quite reasonable given the excellent quality of food and service. I highly recommend trying these dishes whenever you get the opportunity!
