Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Alpharetta

The first time Popeye tried in the USA and it wasn't disappointed. The 3-piece classic chicken dinner meal was well prepared served hot and tasty. I would have judged them five for personnel problems if not for the long line. We're coming back to the chicken sandwich.

Food is good, but the worst service ever! You must literally wait hours to get your food, regardless that you drive thru or delivery.

The only Popeyes I?ve EVER was to get my order completely right, fresh, juicy, hot, packed. You were so busy. They didn't have the fish sandwich I believed, but the chicken sandwich is FIRE! the person who helped me is great. Get me some must to taste an apple cake! How busy they were, he was super patient. I wish I had closer to this Popeyes cause I?d definitely back, thank you!!! A

So I give this store 5? for the simple fact that it was handled by 1 person (MJ) who had a great attitude and was multitasking throughout the business. You get 0 stars, but leave this person alone. He needs a raise or at least a bonus to still work under these conditions. Big job MJ Bad Job?

Horrible food!!! It was the worst food I have had in a very long time!!! Breading on shrimp was very hard and the shrimp itself was like rubber. The fries were cold and the mash potatoes were watery. The tea taste like it had been sweetened at least twice if not more. Will not ever go back to this Popeyes again. I work hard to earn my money, to pay for food I can't even eat. It's heartbreaking that businesses do not care about the customer anymore, there is no quality check done. They just don't care anymore.
