Subway - Alpharetta

The Subway restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff. There is plenty of parking available, and it is conveniently located next to Publix and other shops and restaurants. I never had to wait long for my order, and the food was always fresh. I appreciate that they highlight special orders, such as extra jalapeno or veggie, with a marker so they do not have to open and check the sub.

Don't bother wasting your time or money! I requested extra sweet onion sauce on my sweet onion chicken sandwich, and the lady wanted to charge an extra $2.50. I wasn't asking for a whole bottle, just a little extra sauce!

The server that attended to me was incredibly rude, yelling at me and giving me attitude while taking my order. She haphazardly threw together my food, adding only a few tomatoes and cucumbers. The food preparation was rushed and sloppy. Despite not provoking her in any way, the server continued to display hostility, even questioning me on whether I wanted to dine in or take out. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
