Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I arrived probably 45-50 minutes before close, all the lights were on, employees were inside. So I pulled up…no one took my order….so I drive past the window and guess what I see! The employees scatter around to hide from me pulling up. If you’re going to fake being closed at least turn off all the lights and hide in the back! Come on now!

Love Zaxby's chicken fingers. In/out pretty quickly considering it was lunchtime.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Andy, Santiago and Juan should be removed from this job. We just asked for a packet of Zax sauce. They refused to give us one. I complained to the manager. The employees want to argue and deny customer request. She was given a ranch packet which she prefers Zax. We were leaving and Juan followed us outside and confronted us about cleaning our table. I went back inside to speak to the manager once again. These 3 young men seem to feed off each other. We just wanted to have lunch and it turned into a huge conflict over a packet of sauce.

Tried the fried mushrooms for the first time... should have purchased 3 orders!!

Food was good, hot fresh. I got chicken finger plate with honey mustard and house salad with ranch . Very good
