I've been a regular of this place for about 2 weeks and it's only a shame I didn't know of it earlier! With very few options to catch a quick healthy lunch around the Emirates industrial city, I stumbled upon this little place after multiple visits to the Lebanese road on the main road. Cook connect which basically is a bit more reserved version of Kcal, has quite a few good options if you're looking at having a guilt free meal. Ther staff is super friendly and they also have a pretty neat ambiance (though it could use a slight bit more ventilation . The place is huge and could probably seat about 50 comfortably. Options are pretty good and their food is quite reasonably priced for an attempt to using better ingredients. My favourite is the Salman mains which comes along with potatoes and salad. I've also tried the grilled chicken and white rice, and the dori fish with brown rice. My brother has also tried the ice burger which he is pretty fond of, though I'm probably leaving that for a cheat meal. Overall, a great place to visit, they also do monthly meal plans for those really looking at losing some serious weight. Raymond who seems like the one in charge, has always taken special care. Wish more people knew about this hidden gem. :
