I stopped coming here, everytime I got a burrito it was flimsy and not wrapped right, one bite and I had a burrito bowl in my lap. Instead I started going to Los in Midlothian on Sibley, plus the Burrito are bigger. Good food but the burrito unwrapping on me every time was the last straw. Sorry. Plus I kept calling and nobody answered the phone. I wanted my food ready time I got there.

Great food! Be careful and check what you order. Multiple times I have gotten food and asked for it a specific way. (Etc. cilantro onion) and they give lettuce tomato. How hard is it to exclude certain toppings

I 'M IN SHOCK!!!!On 04/24/2024 I ordered (4) Guacamole tacos for over $16.00 USC. When I received my order, I returned it, stating to the young lady that waited on me, there 's hardly any guacamole on these tacos . The young lady, stated that there was plenty of guacamole on the tacos, because she watched the cook make them. That was not the case.Anyway, the young lady asked me if I wanted my money back. I told her no, I would like to have what I normally order. The young lady handed me the food and stated very rudely, I refunded your money back to your card, NOW, PLEASE DON 'T EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN ! . She had the nerves to tell a paying customer, please don 't ever come back here again!I was in shock! I asked her very kindly, why would youtalk to me like that. She said nothing. I stated, Why would you handle a customer complaint in this manner...For the record, I have been going to Taco Burrito King for many years. I am a local police officer who have recommended many people to the restaurant over the years. I am also, an African American citizen. I feel insulted and discriminated against. Would you have spoken to you own kindred like that? Your own people?!Many people will know and hear about this horrific, experience. I know many many people who shop at Taco Burrito King. People who know me and my character, will be very unhappy when they read this review.To the owner, if you don 't believe me:Play back the video. She should be fired! I will contact the BBB.
