Stopped by on a Friday around noon. There is no parking lot, just street parking. The restaurant is small but they seat you quite quickly. It has a retro look/feel to it. Our waitress was a nice older lady. We ordered pancakes, house potatoes, and Chorizo burrito. The pancakes were fluffy and definitely had a nice homemade taste to it. It definitely will fill you up with just 1. The house potatoes had good flavor. They are definitely better than Millie's Cafe potatoes which have no flavor at all. The Chorizo burrito was a bit bland. Nothing to rave about. I might come back to try their pie though, which was sold out.

I went to the brunch with friends and the only thing we wanted was waiting staff. we assume, however, that it is due to the pandemic. on the bright side was eating exquisite. my Rueben sandwich and my pozole were perfect. when I ordered the pozole, I was skeptical, but the man did it right. the doll of the acid cream was well placed. my partner had the sweet potato and garnel hatch that she found to be delicious and the garnels was very well coked as it is easy to overcook it. the sangria was delicious. the fruit in the inner was fresh and far from soggy. the pancakes were beautiful and fluffy, just like the atmosphere. my partner and I are already talking about our later return.
I finally went in to have dinner on Sunday. I found the hours of operation interesting. I tried the special of the day-turkey burger with a Chipotle sauce...omg! It was perfection. I ate every last bite. My daughter ordered a BLT. She was impressed too. The menu is unlike others so now I want to try everything on the menu. I'll try to remember to take a pic next time. Highly recommended ?
