I ordered food from them and had told them I wanted all biscuits with my orders and yet they put rolls instead of biscuits. It’s a damn shame that the Manager and Staff does not know the difference between rolls vs biscuits.Poor Customer Service! That’s a damn shame! Parking: Drive Thru is absolutely terrible and needs lots of Attention and Improvement! Honestly, I'm to the point that I'm just going to quit going here and go all the way to Cleburne to Popeye's Chicken, and my food just be cold. every time I go they mess my order up the last time I went there was only one roll in the whole order the time before that I told the person taking the order five different times what I needed I finally just said you know what it's fine when I got to the drive-thru window the person there wanted to repeat my order make sure it was right I told him no it's not right it wasn't right when I ordered it when I told the person five times I'm tired I'm hungry it's right enough so every time I go to the Alvarado Chicken Express something is wrong with the order. We bought the 2 can dine which includes 10 tenders 1 small mashed potatoes 1 small macaroni and cheese 1 roll each 2 small gravies and 2 drinks now the only problem is 2 cannot dine on 2 small sides so hubby got sides you need 2 sides for each person for the 22 dollars please. Food was hot and delicious just not enough sides I won't be back. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
