Each time I go here I regret it. When I think of Sonic I think of way better than average customer service and staff quality. However at this location each time I go there is something wrong with my order. Last time it was a simple forgot the marinara dipping sauce for my kids mozzarella sticks. This time I order the special burger being advertised, the sonic griller... no griller sauce was put on the burger... and no bacon... so where is the smokey flavor???? they gave me a plain cheeseburger...

This morning I placed an order through DoorDash for 3 breakfast burrito with which I asked for 9 salsas. I purposely ordered them separately so that I could order 3 salsas each. When I got my order I had 4 salsas total. This is not the first time this Sonic has done this to me. I have called to complain about it and they still do it every time. What can possibly be wrong with a restaurant who doesn't listen to their customers? I can only suppose they do not want customers. It is not even that their food is bad, even though a breakfast burrito with no salsa is awful. I do wish the bacon in them was a little more crisp so it didn't stick together in one big lump also.

Last visit cold burgers and fries. Onion rings were hot. Slow night so no reason for cold food.
