Butterlove Biscuits - Amarillo

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I really enjoyed the biscuits—they were excellent. I ordered the Butter Love Juevos biscuits, but the green chili didn't have the kick I'm accustomed to, as I'm from Pueblo, Colorado, where the chili is typically hotter and spicier. I'm looking forward to trying something different next time. The morning mimosas were enjoyable, and as a coffee enthusiast, I loved their Long Island iced coffee.

It's rare to find a review that highlights GOOD service, as most tend to focus on negative experiences. Fortunately, this review is a positive one. This place is fantastic! The food is quite delicious, but what stood out to me even more was the exceptional service. Everyone, from the cashier to the owner, was warm and welcoming. I even learned a thing or two about making biscuits from the owner himself. This restaurant has now made its way onto my list of must-visit spots whenever I'm in town. A big shoutout to the entire staff for providing us with a wonderful experience during our travels home!

I thought it was pretty good. I can see why some people would really enjoy it, especially if they're fans of biscuits! However, I found the flavors a bit lacking. I prefer the satisfaction of a classic diner or I-Hop breakfast, which I think is both more enjoyable and less crowded. Plus, this place doesn't have the option of alcohol. I'm also not a big fan of the cafeteria-style ordering, where you place your order up front without a server. I’d rather have a server or be able to order directly at the bar. Overall, it was decent for what it is, but I think it's probably best to just grab a few specialty biscuits to take home.

The food was outstanding, bursting with rich flavors. The ambiance was enjoyable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We were lucky to have stumbled upon this place!

Another fantastic local dining spot in Amarillo! I absolutely love the flavors, quality, and welcoming atmosphere of this place. The concept is centered around the delightful chicken biscuit, and it truly shines! The hot honey was just right, and the spicy pickles added a wonderful kick to the sandwich. It was so generous that I had enough left over for later, along with a delicious blueberry biscuit I ordered to-go. The chef came out to chat when he learned it was my first visit, just to check on my experience. Only a confident chef would do that, and he has every reason to be proud. Everything was amazing! Unfortunately, I’m just passing through and can’t return, but I will definitely stop by again if I find myself in Amarillo in the future!
