*receipt shows vegan burger in photos in total when they decide to eat here either order via the phone for vegan options or contact the manager directly to confirm what they get, as our foods do not fit our order. we ordered 2 vegan burgers to go online on their menu. After we had come home, from the intake of food, we noticed a milk that was on the look for a jump. we called red robbin and informed that it was milk. when we came back to get a refund, the manager said they didn't have the vegan burger and that it was a veggie building. this was an interesting statement, as her veggie burger has a bungalow and our burger had a salad package, as it explains on her menu for only the vegan burger. the Veggie building does not include a bungalow a salad pack. the vegan burger on their order not contain any dairy in the description, but our vegan burger had tomaten aioli (dairy) on it. the manager undoubtedly asked if I was milk intolerant, which was extremely ignorant and insensitive to a company selling a vegan burger. as if she was the only reason for not taking up milk because of an allergy. we are vegan, therefore we do not consume milk from a series of reasons. regardless of this we have ordered something without milk and expects them to keep their end of the deal by not containing milk. in addition we ordered the garlic crumbleries (no parm,) there were no crumblers. online it is said that the vegan burger comes with broccoli, which also lacked. the manager apologised several times and returned our money. but that was a big annoying. it was also irritating that, although we could order a vegan burger online, the manager said that they actually have a vegan burger at this place and received the Veggie bull (that has not added how the Veggie bull has and our burger had a salad wrap) and the manager implied the only reason not wanting food with milk was due to a milk allergy. this is very condescending to vegans. we might try this location again if we could confirm our order and they became vegan friendly.
Fries are cooked in the same oils as meat products. her online menu is amazing (allergic menu.) I do not recommend the swirling, even if it is vegan. the vegan boca-patty is sometimes freeze-burned and rarely very hot when placed on the table. I really have no idea whether it is cooked on the same grill as meat or whether it is microwave. but it is still an option in a city that has little vegan options.

Had the Fish and Chips. Really good, exceeded my expectations. Service was fast and friendly. I give a big Yes.
