Six Car Pub Brewery - Amarillo

There aren't many vegan options in Amarillo Texas, however, my wife and I did find some very good vegan options at Six Car Pub Brewery. We ordered the Margarita Pizza and their Impossible Burger. Both were quite good! In fact, my wife and I both said thatthe pizza was the best vegan pizza we have had so far! Beside the food ... the place itself is very nice. High ceilings, superclean establishment. We would definitely recommend going here. They have other vegan options on the menu as well ... go checkém out :

We ordered a fresh hefeweizen but found it to be flat, so we sent it back. The staff informed us that this was how they intended to serve it, but they kindly comped us and replaced it with a slightly less flat IPA. The kolsch we tried was pleasant but also mostly flat. Despite this, the grilled fried chicken sandwich was spicy and tasty, though quite large and greasy. The impossible burger was served thin with just a little cheese and fries, missing the mushrooms we had ordered. Our server neglected to mention that the standard burger came plain, but promptly brought out veggies and condiments when requested. The service was attentive and responsive, and the spacious patio was perfect for our furry friends.

Local brewery and restaurant worth the stop. Looks to be part of a downtown Amarillo revitalization movement. Younger local crowd that gives the place a trendy vibe. The food, the beer and surprisingly the cocktails are all really top notch. Theplace has a beautiful open 1st floor bar, a huge outdoor beer garden and fun rooftop patio. Our server was great and had lotsof stories worth hearing. All in all a great place to relax on a summer night.

During our stay at the Barfield Hotel, we asked a local for a good place to eat and they directed us across the street to a brewery. We were impressed by the interior design of the brewery, with its industrial vibe, high ceilings, windows, and cool bar. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the menu offered a variety of delicious options. We all enjoyed our food, along with the beers and pita chips with hummus dip. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a good time at this restaurant.

Our waiter, Brandon Carlo, was exceptionally attentive and provided great suggestions with a sense of humor. He even took a drink off our bill when we didn't enjoy it. The brunch food was delicious and the atmosphere had a great vibe.
