Whataburger - Amarillo

Definetly my go to place for food, be it a late night lunch or just a quick meal. They are always excellent about their service and if they are a provme with your order they will fix it immediatelyFood: 5/5

Absolutely amazing. In today's era of horrible fast food, it's super rare to actually have a place that makes fresh food. This location never fails. Props to owner, management and the crew. Keep it up.

Had to purchase two breakfast sandwiches this morning. The one from this Whataburger location. The other from McDonalds down the block. Waited 20 minutes at Whataburger. Was then told to pull forward when I asked if I 'd have to wait another 20 minutes. The cashier wanted to argue that I had not been in line that long checked her computer saw that I was correct then got the manager. For fear of 'spit retribution ' I drove away AFTER PAYING. Unless you have ALL DAY to wait for your meal avoid.

The food is great. Our food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. There large drinks are insanely big which is good thing. There is a fair but of a wait but thats because they cook your food fresh. The customer service was average but overall we enjoyed the food.

Unfortunately I've been stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes now. Unable to get out and it seems that it's not a big deal that it's taking so long. The worker in the drive thru opened the window and shook hands with the guy in the car in front of me. If their items are taking too long, have them pull to the front to run the food to them.
