Costa Coffee - Amber Valley

The service at Costa was excellent, and the snacks and coffee were delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I can't wait to visit again when traveling North.

We have visited this restaurant before because it is a less crowded spot. There was no line when we got there, and we quickly ordered breakfast. I had toast with honey, while my husband had a sausage sandwich and an americano. The menu had a great variety of food and drink options.

I went to the restaurant hoping to enjoy a relaxing latte, only to find out that they no longer offer Almond milk. I was disappointed, as Almond milk is the only milk I can consume. I will not be able to meet friends for coffee as I used to. The staff provided no explanation for this sudden change, simply stating that it happened from the previous day for unknown reasons. I am a regular customer, visiting at least five times a week and sometimes twice a day, and I am very disappointed that this information was not communicated to me.

Visited the Southbound store today and asked for my tea in a croc cup but was told that I couldn't have one as it would mean they needed to wash it up after! So lazy, they seriously would'nt do it, I said but they are on the shelf there and she said no. The place was filthy and empty and the three of them stood there and did nothing. Someone from Head Office needs to get hold of this place, its disgusting.

Absolutely disgusted by the standard of cleanliness. Filthy tables and floors. Staff just couldn't be bothered when ordering food. Hardly any of the stuff ordered available, mainly due to staff just not wanting to do any work. My option...go elsewhere In the service station.
