Gurkha Express Belper - Amber Valley

The food was delicious... we ordered vindaloo and rogan josh. The only issue was that the delivery arrived cold because they had mistakenly written the wrong address on the bag, leading it to be delivered to the neighbor's house instead.

I had an amazing experience at this takeaway restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, with generous portions of real, tender chicken. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place and it has become my new go-to spot for takeout!

I cannot praise this restaurant enough - it is the best takeaway in all of Derbyshire. They offer a variety of options for everyone, including Indian and Nepalese cuisine. The bhajis are fantastic and they have a great selection for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten allergies. The service is quick - I ordered on a Saturday night and my food was ready in just 20 minutes. The pickled spicy carrots in the pickle tray are amazing - I could eat them every day! Whenever we visit Belper, we always make sure to get food from Gurkha. Keep up the excellent work!

Always our go to takeaway in Belper. One curry, rice and naan is normally enough for both of us because the portion sizes are so generous. Never has a bad curry from here and it always arrive in good time. It’s usually 10% off on the website too

Very poor. Curry arrived cold and was very poor quality. No one enjoyed the food. Didn’t seem very fresh. Avoid.
