Today was a fourth time in row I had wrong or not completed order. 25 minutes waited and went home with the bag of wrong items. What happened if they will give a wrong food to allergic people? The idea of fast food was get something easy and quickly Langley Mill McDonalds will not give you anything easy and definitely not quick) Avoid if you don’t really hungry or check everything what you ordered.
With McDonald's, you generally have an idea of what it will be like. However, there is one exception to the rule which is Langley Mill McDonald's 1. The food is usually cold as was this order 2. There's usually something missing or wrong (in this case a missing burger) 3. This order was missing Ingredients (no mustard or onions on any burgers) 4. Stale buns 5. The state of the food preparation area was disgraceful on visiting. 6. They try to pass the book to UBER and give out the wrong phone number. 7. The manager became evasive and unhelpful. 8. The phone number given was for pending orders only. Took ages to find correct number on the internet to initiate a refund. Higher management/franchisee take note. Instore management need reevaluating and monitoring. All staff need retraining and incentivising. There are times when the food seems ok but never a great experience, the quality and service is seriously irregular nowadays. More often bad than just acceptable so, I won't be visiting this branch for a couple of years. Hopefully it could be great in the future.
Terrible service. Always messing up orders and when you ask them is it all there and right they say “yeah yeah” too busy talking and messing about to care if your order is right. It’s not good enough at all!! The staff need sorting
I used my loyalty points to treat myself at mcdonalds Langley mill and used the mcdelivery service.. ive recently just recieved my mc delivery app order via uber , using the app . i even used my built up award points and ordermyself a tasty few treats , consisting of mc crispy , fries and a mini mc flurry my order number or code on the reciept is 7NWC-CTFZ-96YD i am honestly hand my my heart dissipointed and upset, the food after it eventually arrived was stone cold and i mean stone cold .. the mcflurry was melting too ive been unable to contact the langley mill store direct , uber eats wont answer the phone so ive taken to email I am 1.3 miles away from the store and a 4 min drive.... ONLY so no excuse for such a long wait and to receive STONE COLD FOOD and a poor experience i am totally gutted your ruined my saturday night in treat . i waited a age. and then got a miserable delivery driver, who was not aplogetic in anyway . IVE RANG UBER THEY SAY. THE DELIVERY DRIVER DELIVERED THE FOOD IN A ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF TIME.. MCDONALDS STORE MANAGER I EMAILED SAID ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM I GOT COLD FOOD AND TO CONTENT UBER..... end if the day facts are facts 1.3 miles and supposedly 4 min drive. Shouldn't equal to nearly a hours wait and stone cold food and zero customer service from uber and mcdonalds. AVOID THEM..
