We ate the carpaccio as an appetizer, as an appetizer steaks and as a dessert the chocolate cake with liquid core. you have to say it was all excellent. the meat was super delicate and fantastic from taste. as well as the enchanting and totally beautiful dessert. we'll be back.

Good steaks, attentive service. I've eaten several times in the hubmann. it is a good experience. no star kitchen, nothing surprising but solid and always good. there amberg is not blessed with good kitchen, for me one of the better addresses. Go on!
