Frank Gino's Amherst

My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time while passing through, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved all the dishes we ordered and will definitely be coming back again.

I took my 8-year-old stepdaughter out for dinner. She enjoyed coloring on the kids' menu with the crayons while we waited for our food. The Cajun burger I ordered was delicious! She had the nuggets and fries kids' meal, which was alright. I appreciated the "Kids Eat Free" promotion, which saved us money. We will definitely be back!

We had a great meal at Frank and Gino's on Valentine's Day. The company, drinks, and food were excellent. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

I ordered a pizza panzerotti without salami and pepperoni, but it came with both toppings. I had to pick them out. My husband ordered a grilled chicken panini, but it was served on a bun instead of a panini. The bruschetta and Greek salad were good. Despite the mix-ups, the restaurant gave us a 30% discount, which was appreciated. However, the cook needs to pay more attention to orders and they should address the online reservation issue. At the table next to us, someone had to send back an undercooked burger. Overall, it was not a great first experience.

Frank and Gino's was amazing. The only downside was arriving to a packed restaurant and discovering that our reservations weren't received due to a glitch with OpenTable.ca. It's frustrating that it's still offered on the website if it's not functioning properly. Thankfully, the fantastic servers at Frank and Gino's were able to find our group of seven a suitable table!
