Baltacı Odun Ekmek Fırını

I came across this bakery on my way back from the YOROS castle. We saw a bake through the window display that looks very exotic. We asked the owner, he explained it is made of fish, is a fish bake bread). We bought one and had it at our hotel, it is the best I have tasted in my 4 days stay at Istanbul. Beautiful flavour! Wish could have more. Definitely will visit this bakery if we ever come back! It was so delicious , we forgot to take a photo!

Bread with anchovy was very good, the price is reasonable, I think it should be tried

Please send anchovy bread by courier, we loved it so much, but we are far away. It may not be summer, but when the weather cools, it will arrive intact
