Market. I was so happy when we found this place! The wild boar and the chicken were excellent! Best food on the island and the cheapest! I bought some of the seasoning that was used on the wild boar. I would love to buy some more! If anyone has any contact information for this place I would love to have it. I have lots of friends that will buy the seasoning. My email is [hidden email]

Wild boar are actually a bit of a menace on the island and so locals hunting them is encouraged. This guy sets up a little BBQ on the left side of the road in Anahola when heading North on 56. Blink and you'll be sad you missed it. I'm a stickler for BBQ and this guy does it right. It is tender and delicious without having the BBQ upstage the flavors of the wild boar. Amazing!
