Souper Bowl - Anchorage

I've been visiting this place for years and I absolutely adore it. They offer the best fresh spring rolls with avocado.

We had 2 noodle soups: fragrant chicken and mixed (wonton dumplings). Both are clear broth soups. Quite savory with lots of fresh veggies. I slightly prefer the rice noodles over udon but both are good. The lady at the counter was very friendly

It’s so freaking good ... especially the seafood curry

This is a modest food vendor, but I must say their soup is outstanding. It's really delicious!

The quality of this restaurant's sushi is surprisingly comparable to that of other standalone sushi establishments. I've been visiting for many years and typically order the rainbow roll, which is consistently high-quality and beautifully presented. The amount of fish they use is greater than what you'll find at many other sushi places. I highly recommend it!
