My wife and I spent the summer crossing American on bicycle. Our routine was to stop in small towns to have breakfast. The Purple Onion was exceptional in every aspect. I always order gravy and biscuits, my wife would go with scrambled eggs and bacon. This one of our favorites and I would definitely go out of our way to visit here again. We also enjoyed the town and its residents.

The food here is full of flavor. The burgers are delicious perfectly cooked and juicy patty with a lightly toasted bun. Yum! The breakfast is awesome too. The is service great, and the waitresses are always very friendly. I would highly recommend coming here. I can’t wait to try their pie next time! Their tenderloin had zero meat in it. It was nothing but breading. Couldn’t even finish it and I was starving. Would’ve been better if they gave me more then 10 fries!!
