The Station - Kewanee

Sad to say, they're closed. Ate here a year ago and loved it, so I was looking forward to returning when business again took me to Kewanee. Imagine my disappointment when I found it locked and empty. I asked at a nearby business and was told that they were considering trying a food truck or some other alternative but the restaurant is definitely closed. I'm guessing, based on what I saw elsewhere in the area, that, like many small towns, they were having trouble getting. But definitely going to miss that pork tenderloin sandwich. Hope they do open the food truck.

My wife and I stopped here for the 1st time to get a quick bite and we were impressed with our waitress and quality of our food. We are both on diet restrictions so I ordered 2 Cajun fries and they were so delicious *fries could’ve been a bit spicier like most Cajun flavored dishes* Highly recommended restaurant! P.S.
