Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Used to visit this restaurant at least once a week, usually more. Over the last year they have gone way downhill. 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong or missing something. Now the quality of food is taking a hit. Undercooked fries. Ordered a basket of toast just to get slightly warmed up buttered bread. I don't know what happened to this location, but I'd visit another if their was another close enough.

Extremely friendly. Great customer service. Food was fresh. Smiling faces.

Ordered 4 Big Zax Snacks, nothing special. It took 15 minutes to receive food. Floor was sticky and needed to be swept. The drink machine was very limited (less than 50% of choices were available). The overall quality of Zaxbys has declined drastically over the previous 3-4 months at multiple locations we've visited. I hope the company can correct the issues before they lose too many customers.

I love Zaxby?s and have eaten almost everything on the menu, but today?s offers were simply not good as usual for some reason?

Food was wrong and hardly warm.i ordered double chocolate chip cookies and was given Debbie cakes. Very strange
